BOOKING INFORMATION

Fuel

• Is the responsibility of the hirer
• You refill the vehicle to the starting level
• No refunds given on fuel above starting level

Tyres

Tyres that are run flat or sustain sidewall damage are the hirers responsibility replacement will be from the bond.

Windscreen Damage

Is the responsibility of the hirer and will be deducted from the bond.

Rental Period

Rental period is a minimum of 7 days.

Animals & Pets

Ambrose Car Hire does not allow the carriage of pets or any animals in their vehicles whilst on rental. Carriage of pets or animals will render the contract void, and the rental bond will be retained and used for cleaning and fumigating the vehicle.

Change of Vehicle

Should the vehicle booked be unavailable through unforeseen circumstances, Ambrose Car Hire reserves the right to substitute an alternative vehicle without prior notification. This shall not constitute a breach of contract.

Drivers License and Age Restrictions

Drivers must be 21 years and over, with a full current driver's licence. this licence must be produced before the vehicle will be hired.

If the licence is not in an English format then an international drivers licence is required.

Cleaning Fee

A cleaning fee is imposed if the vehicle is returned dirty this includes:

• Animals
• Smoking
• Beach sand

Allowed Areas Of Use

All vehicles are only permitted to travel as far as Geraldton in a Northerly direction, Kalgoorlie in an Easterly direction, and Albany in a Southern direction.

Vehicles MUST NOT be driven past these points.

Remote fee of $200 applies to Geraldton, Kalgoorlie and Albany.

Calculation Errors

Ambrose will not honour calculation errors. Should a calculation error occur We will charge for the shortfall.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation fees are as follows:

• To cancel a prior booking a telephone call or email is appreciated..
• • If vehicle is returned early for any reason we are only able to refund hire fee not insurance costs.
